GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RESERVATIONS - POURVOIRIE DU DOMAINE DU LAC BROUILLARD - Auberge Boréale de Charlevoix

Preamble

Welcome to the Domaine du Lac Brouillard outfitter! We are happy to welcome you to this unique and privileged location. And to keep it that way, we invite you to read our rules of life.

 Chalet accommodations

Arrival Check-in: from 2 pm

Departure Check-out: before 10 am

When booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. After receiving it, the reservation is confirmed. The payment of the deposit confirms your reservation and your acceptance of these general conditions of sale and reservations of the outfitter of Domaine du Lac Brouillard inc.

When you arrive at the Auberge reception point, we present you with the Domain and we draw up a fishing plan together; we then proceed to the balance of your reservation; for information we accept debit, interac or cash, for using a credit card an administrative fee of 2% will be added.

Then we show you your cottage. It is clean, cleaned and equipped. It is your responsibility please notify us of any breach within one hour of entering the chalet.

 Inventory of cottages is not exhaustive:

- Appliances: propane or electric fridge; gas cooker; outdoor BBQ

- Percolator

- Kitchen utensils

- Tableware

- Sofas and armchairs

- Carpet

- Cleaning kit

 We accept dogs free of charge as long as you respect the cleanliness of the cottage. Dogs should not lie on beds or sofas etc.

 When you leave, we make an appointment the day before to say goodbye to your chalet and/or at the reception. When you leave, we check the chalet, its cleanliness and its equipment.

Your emptying can be left when leaving, in front of your chalet, bag closed.

Your legal fishing quota when leaving the outfitter is 10 trout maximum (check ministry agent frequently on the way).

 It is your responsibility to clean the cottage; as well as to respect your daily fishing quota under penalty of a fine of $2500 (see MFFP).

We reserve the right to charge additional fees to your payment card if cleaning is not done ($150) or if cottage equipment is missing (billed individually).

The outfitter on a daily basis

Daily fishing plan at the Auberge (all day) or at the Cabane Radio Point Info Point Lac Brouillard (from 7:30 in the morning) for:

  • Check the fishing quota and catch report by lakes to be completed on the daily monitoring provided at your cottage (mandatory)
  • Allocation of boats, engines (at additional cost) and lakes for the next day (fishing plan update)
  • Service from 7:30
  • Communication radio at the info point (Lac Brouillard) in communication with the Auberge (Lac Mailloux)

Legal fishing quota and outfitter package :

  • Your legal quota when leaving the outfitter is 10 trout per license maximum (control of ministry agents frequent on the way, fine of $2500 by the MFFP in case of non-compliance).
  • Attention the legal quota applies at all times. You cannot have 20 trout for 1 license in your possession at the chalet, the quota does not accumulate per day!
  • Your overall package for your stay includes the legal quota including 4 trout per license per day for your cooking; which gives you the pleasure of enjoying your catch during the stay, while respecting the legal quota. Please respect this package for the preservation of this exceptional place. We reserve the right to charge additional fees and/or to refuse a new reservation in case of non-compliance.
  • Each lake has its daily quota per permit. Thank you for respecting it.

Home/Auberge Boréale Lac Mailloux/and info point Lac Brouillard :

  • Customer service, anytime according to our availability
  • Point “info” on the map of your chalet
  • Fishing equipment : worms, flies, fishing rods, hooks, etc. Come and discover all our items and also for children! => only at the Auberge Lac Mailloux
  • Engine rental: user sheets are provided at your cottage. Even when you know, you can make mistakes. Improper use may result in additional repair costs.
  • Porting side by side to the various lakes Remember to book!

On the territory of the outfitter :

  • Thanks for collect your waste and not to leave them on the shores of the lakes Nor in the rowboats. Give them to us or put them in your drain at the end of the day. We spend a lot of time to preserve this exceptional place! We reserve the right to refuse a new reservation to customers who are malicious in this regard.
  • Les Open fires are forbidden. Thank you for using a closed fire pit.
  • Evisceration prohibited throughout the country and at your cottage except in the room provided for this purpose in Lac Mailloux.
  • The activities (canoe, paddle, kayak) and the inflatable games (trampoline, slide) are under your sole responsibility

Access to snowmobile trails

We are connected to trails 83 (Lac à Maman, Lac Pilote) and trails 383 (Pis-Sec) by snowmobile.

From the “83" edge, we maintain and mark out a 10km private trail. From edge 383, we maintain and mark out a 22km private trail. We disclaim all responsibility for the operation of your snowmobile and the associated risks.
